The execution is pending since the year 2007. It is stated that, the respondents had filed appeals before this Court against the judgment and award passed by the Reference Court. The appeals are admitted, however, stay is not granted by this Court

In case within a period of three months from today, the respondents do not succeed to get any orders of stay in those appeals or in case matters are not settled between the parties, then the respondents shall pay the amount to the petitioners as per the award passed by the Reference Court within a period of nine (09) months from today. The writ petitions are disposed of. No costs.
