Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for respondent/State.

There has been inordinate delay in identification parade. The small amount of Rs. 2,500/- has been shown to have recovered from the applicant. The applicant is a married person having family responsibilities. It is argued that only on suspicion the applicant has been arraigned as an accused. The identification parade is doubtful. The applicant undertakes not to involve in the similar crime 1/2
926-BA-520-2023 henceforth. The applicant belongs to Pardhi community. The investigation has been completed. The possibility of his arrest on suspicion cannot be denied. Therefore, he deserves bail. Hence, the following order.
ORDER
i) The application is allowed.
ii) Applicant - Tejya s/o Gorakh Kale be released on bail, on his furnishing PB and SB of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand) with one solvent surety of like amount in Crime No. 0250 of 2022 registered with Veergaon Police Station, District Aurangabad, for the offence punishable under Sections 395 of the Indian Penal Code, on the following conditions - (a) He shall not involve in the similar crime.
(b) He shall not leave the place of his residence without intimation to the concerned Police Station of his residential area.
