2] It appears from the record that before approaching this court, the applicant has preferred an application for bail before the learned Sessions Judge at Latur. From the order of the learned Additional Sessions Judge, it is clear that the said application was filed prior to filing of the charge sheet. 3] Today Smt. Bharad, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that charge sheet is filed before the court of law.

4] Learned counsel for the applicant submits that liberty be granted to the present applicant to file application for bail afresh before the learned trial court in view of filing of the charge sheet.
