The applicant is under suspension. Amount of Rs.41,200/- involved in the present crime has already been deposited during departmental enquiry. As such, his custodial interrogation is not warranted. 2.

Considering the nature of offence and repayment of the amount involved in the crime, order dated 21st March, 2023 granting the applicant ad-interim anticipatory bail is hereby made absolute. The applicant shall appear before the investigating officer, as and when required for the investigating purpose. The applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence.
