In connected matters, the applicants therein were permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount in deposit with this Court. A copy of order dated 21.01.2021, passed in Civil Application No.878 of 2021 in First Appeal No.4597 of 2017, is placed on record.

The applicant is therefore allowed to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited in this Court, on furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. 4.
