In view of refusal on the part of petitioners for private negotiations, the authorities will have to initiate the further process. Since the respondents have reached up to the stage of valuation, further process from that stage should be completed within six months and compensation be disbursed to the petitioners. 2.

With these directions, contempt petition is disposed of. 3.

In case, time stipulation is not followed, the same will be treated as aggravated form of contempt.
