The dispute between the parties is as regards higher pay scale. According to the respondents, the petitioner has not scored minimum marks for the eligibility of higher pay scale. 3.

Learned counsel for the respondents states that the petitioner may file representation to the respondents and the respondents will consider the claim put forth by the petitioner within a

If the petitioner makes the representation of his claim to the respondents, the respondents shall decide the same in accordance with law within a period of four months. All the contentions of both the parties are kept open. 5.

In view of the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No. costs.
