Learned advocate for the petitioner, after an objection to the maintainability of the writ petition is raised by learned advocate for respondent No.1, submits that the petitioner will approach the District Court by fling appeal under Order XXI, rule 58, Sub Rule (4) of the Code of Civil Procedure and seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition. He, however, submits that the status quo order passed by this court, in favour of the petitioner on 24th April, 2018 may be continued so as to enable the petitioner to approach the District Court.

Leave granted. Writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
