We have considered the submissions of the learned Advocate for the petitioner and Mr. Bhandari, the learned Advocate for respondent Nos. 2 and 3, who has appeared in this case on our request, to assist the Court.

Having considered the relevant documents, especially the communication dated 25.01.2022, at page No. 249, of the petition paper book, we expressed our disinclination.

The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits, on instructions that the petitioner desires to withdraw this petition, so

933wp4282.22 as to challenge the final allotment of the R.O. Dealership. Mr. Bhandari, the learned Advocate rightly submits that the petitioner will have to complete with those persons who are short listed from group- 3, if the occasion arises.

Be that as it may, this petition is disposed off as withdrawn, on instructions, with liberty to the petitioner to avail of a remedy as may be permissible in law.
