The matter can be disposed of in view of the fact that the application dated 03.10.2023 by the petitioner seeking correction of caste in School Leaving Certificate and the other documents is pending before respondent No.3.

WP_3967_2024 Learned Advocate for respondent No.3, on instructions, submits that the said application can be decided within a period of two months. In view of the said statement respondent No.3 to decide the said application dated 03.10.2023, on its own merits, within a period of two months from today.

The Writ Petition stands disposed of.
