Present Petition can be disposed of taking into consideration the prayer clauses. Learned Advocate for respondent No.5, on instructions, makes a statement that respondent No.5 would issue appointment order in favour of petitioner within a period of eight weeks from today and also forward the proposal for approval to the said appointment to respondent No.4.

In view of the said statement, the Petition stands disposed of with direction to respondent No.5 to issue appointment order in favour of the petitioner and also to forward the proposal for approval to the appointment, to respondent No.4 within a period of eight weeks from today. After the proposal is received, respondent No.4 to decide it as per law, within a period of two months thereafter.
