The petitioner has put forth prayer clauses 'B' and 'C' as under :- B) This Hon'ble Court by way of appropriate writ, order or direction in the like nature, be pleased to direct the respondent No. 4 Education Officer to decide the pending proposal dated 30.09.2020 forwarded by the respondent No. 5 Management to the appointment of the petitioner as Shikshan Sevak within period of four weeks.

C) Pending hearing and final disposal this writ petition, this Hon'ble Court be pleased to direct the respondent No. 4 Education Officer (Secondary) Zilla Parishad Jalgaon to issue provisional approval to the services of the petitioner as Shikshan Sevak.

The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the

WP No.6717/22 petitioner would be satisfied, if the Education Officer decides the proposal within a particular time frame.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. We expect respondent no. 4 to decide the proposal dated 30.9.2020, as expeditiously as possible and in any case, on or before 30.09.2022.
