It is stated that, only 50% of the amount under the impugned award has been deposited. 50% thereof has already been permitted to be withdrawn. Now, a case of medical emergency has been made out. In view of the same, the balance amount in deposit with this Court i.e. 25% under the award, be paid to the applicants along with interest accrued thereon, on furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. Civil Applications are disposed of.
