Prima facie, it appears that the order dated 5th April, 2010, directing impleadment of the present applicants as accused has attained finality qua the present applicants.

In my opinion the aforesaid order is revisable. In view thereof, writ petition stands disposed as withdrawn, upon instructions received by learned Counsel Mr Bayas from the petitioners, with liberty to file revision. 4.

Time consumed in prosecuting present petition be considered while dealing with the issue of limitation.
