The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been declared as insolvent and IRP (Insolvency Resolution Professionals) are appointed.

The petitioner impugned the order of 2014. Till the date the petitioner is declared as insolvent, it appears that permission for open

2 wp 3370.14 access for sourcing power through Indian Energy Exchange has not been accorded. Now as the petitioner has become insolvent, no purpose would be served by keeping the petition pending.

The writ petition, as such is disposed of. No costs.
