The petitioners have assailed the interim order passed by the Industrial Court dated 08/03/2016 below application Exh.U-2 filed by the respondent/employee in his Complaint (ULP) No.84/2016. 2.

Mr.Gaikwad, learned Advocate for the petitioners submits that the respondent / employee has voluntarily withdrawn Complaint (ULP) No.84/2016 from the Industrial Court at Jalna. The impugned order, therefore, does not survive and this petition can be disposed of, as being infructuous.

confirms the statement made as above.
