Learned Advocate for the Petitioners informs that the Petition is filed against the order rejecting their Application seeking impleadment in LAR No. 213/2011 then pending before the Court of learned Civil Judge Senior Division, Kandhar. However, during the pendency of this Petition, said LAR itself is disposed off. Now, Appeal is pending against the same judgment and award wherein the Petitioners have already filed an Application for intervention and the same is pending. Considering the above, he submits that this Petition has become infructuous.
