DATE : 29th June, 2017 ORAL ORDER The application is strongly opposed by the learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent on the ground that the respondent is a businessman, having old aged parents.

After having heard for some time, having regard to the fact that distance between Aurangabad and Shahada is about 350 kms. and considering hardship and convenience of the applicant-wife, in my opinion, the application needs to the allowed and is accordingly allowed in terms of prayer clause (B).
