Heard the learned advocate for the applicants, who seek to join in the contempt petition proceeding which has already commenced as copetitioners, on the premise that the directions of which implementation is being sought and disobedience is being alleged also covers their cases. When already for the self-same allegations contempt proceeding is going on, we cannot comprehend as to how these applications can now be allowed to intervene. It is not that their grievance is not being considered independently, if the order also affects their rights. 2.
