After noticing that this petition could not have been filed in the light of paragraph Nos. 2 and 3 of the earlier order dated 8th January, 2019 in Writ Petition No. 194 of 2019, the learned Advocate for the petitioner submits, on instructions, that he desires to withdraw this petition and take recourse to the remedy of filing a recovery suit for recovery of his unpaid salary.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. 4.
