1] Heard learned counsel for the applicants and the learned APP for the respondent-State.

2] The applicants are apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No.0062/2024, dated 23.02.2024, registered at Ramanand Nagar Police Station, District Jalgaon, for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 465, 467, 468 and 471 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3] This court by order dated 08.04.2024 granted interim protection to the applicants.

4] The case against the applicants is that they are managing institution and giving vocational training to the various students and it is in contravention of the Maharashtra Unauthorized Institution and Unathorized Courses of Study in Agriculture, Animal and Fishery Sciences, Health Sciences, Higher, Technical and Vocational Education (Prohibition) Act, 2013 [for brevity "2013 Act"]. It is stated that the applicants have violated Sections 3 and 4 of the 2013 Act for which the punishment is up till one year and fine of not less than Rs.1,00,000/-. The learned counsel for the applicants submits that the applicants have not conducted any of the courses as is stated in Section 3(2) of the 2013 Act.

5] Considering that the investigation in the matter is nearly complete, this case can be considered for confirmation of the interim relief.

6] In view of the above, the interim protection granted by order dated 08.04.2024 stands confirmed, on the following terms:

i] The applicants shall attend the police station as and when required by the Investigating Officer. ii] The applicants shall not tamper with the evidence of the prosecution in any manner. They shall

not influence the informant, witnesses and other persons concerned with the case.

iii] The applicants shall co-operate with the investigation and also in the proceedings before the trial Court.

7] In the event, the applicants violates any of the conditions specified in this order, it shall be liable to be cancelled.

8] It is also clarified that the observations made in this order are limited to the disposal of the present anticipatory bail application and the trial Court shall proceed further in the matter without being influenced by the observations made hereinabove.

9] The application stands disposed of.
