Issue notice to the respondents for final disposal, it is made returnable forthwith. Learned AGP waives service for both the respondents.

By the impugned common judgment and order dated 07.03.2025 the Committee has rejected petitioner's 'Mannervarlu' scheduled tribe claim and has refused to validate her tribe certificate. 4.

The impugned order is a common order, whereby the claims

2 944.WP.4869.25.odt of not only the petitioner but three other individuals have been rejected namely Gangaram Malanna Govindwar, Chandrakant Hanmant Govindwar and Shubham Chandrakant Govindwar.

In their respective petitions by a common judgment and order dated 02.04.2025, the impugned judgment and order has been quashed and set aside to their extent and they were directed to be issued with certificates of validity.

For the same reasons as have been recorded, the petition is allowed. The impugned order is quashed and set aside. The Committee shall issue certificates of validity to the petitioner of 'Mannervarlu' scheduled tribe, which shall be coterminous with the validities which the Committee has decided to re-open on the ground of alleged fraud. 7.
