It is revealed during the course of argument that the acquiring body has deposited entire decretal amount in this Court and complied with the interim

2 928-6924-2019 & Ors. stay order. As such, interim stay granted by this Court needs to be made absolute by allowing all these applications.

ORDER

(i) The stay applications are hereby allowed in terms of prayer clause (A).

(ii) The interim stay granted by this Court dated 09.09.2019 is hereby made absolute.

(iii) Inform to the concerned Reference Court/executing Court accordingly.
