Heard the learned Advocate for the applicants. 2.

On last occasion, vide order dated 19.11.2025, it was observed that if nobody appears for the respondent, this matter shall be disposed of in accordance with Law.

The learned Advocate for the applicants submits that the proceedings i.e.

PWDVA Application No.08/2023 and Cri.M.A.No.83/2023, which are pending before the learned J.M.F.C. Bhokardan, be transferred to the District Court, Jalna. According to khs/Nov.2025/1084

- 2 - him, the respondent herself is staying at Jalna and most of the litigation between them is pending in District Court, Jalgaon. Therefore, he is seeking directions to transfer the proceedings pending at Bhokardan to the District Court, Jalna.

The learned Advocate for the respondent has vehemently opposed the application and prayed to dismiss it. 5.

Considering the fact situation of this case, there is a substance in the submissions of the learned Advocate for the applicants. Hence, proceedings i.e. PWDVA Application No.08/2023 and Cri.M.A.No.83/2023, pending before the learned J.M.F.C. Bhokardan are hereby directed to be transferred to the District Court, Jalna. 6.
