Though this application was listed on as many as four occasions, none appears for the applicant. Even on 13.12.2016, none appears for the applicant. Today, also none appears for the applicant.

With the assistance of the learned APP appearing for the State, we have perused the notes of evidence and findings recorded by the trial court. Prima facie, it appears that the findings recored by the trial court are in consonance with the evidence brought on record. Hence, no case is made out to release the applicant on bail. Hence, application stands rejected. Registry to send back the record to the Registry of the Sessions Court, Parbhani. Upon receiving the original record, the registry of the concerned Court to prepare paper book and send alongwith original record as expeditiously as possible, however, within three months from receiving the original record.
