1) The application is filed for permission to bring legal representatives of sole respondent Ramprasad on record. The application is filed on 21-3-2016 and the death certificate shows that he died on 22-1-2016. The application is within limitation. So, the application is allowed. Learned counsel Shri. Chincholkar submitted that he has filed appearance for legal representatives of deceased respondent. Amendment is to be carried in the memo of second appeal.
