The petitioner asserts prayer clause 'B' as under :- (B) By issue of Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ, Order or Direction in the like nature, the respondent No.3 Competent Authority and Deputy Collector, Land Record, Beed, respondent No.4-Chief Engineer, Public Works Region, Aurangabad, respondent No.7Superintendent, Land Record, Beed may kindly be directed to consider and decide the representations submitted by petitioners (Exhibit "B" collectively) by giving opportunity of hearing to them;

Heard the learned counsel for the respective sides. 4.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off with a direction that the representation dated 8.2.2022 addressed to the District Collector, Beed shall be decided on it's own merits, only if

WP 6719/22 the authority for adjudicating upon the said application, is vested with either respondent no. 3 or respondent no. 4. 5.

The decision on the application at issue shall be declared on or before 10th October, 2022.
