The learned A.G.P., on instructions, submits that the staffing pattern has been corrected and the post of Lab Assistant is shown in working non teaching posts and management has to forward the salary bill along with the application.

Mr. Tele, learned counsel for respondent No.4 - Management submits that within four weeks the Management would forward the salary bills along with the application.

In case, the salary bills along with the application is forwarded, then the authorities shall process the same expeditiously and preferably within four (04) weeks. The proposals submitted by the Head Master for grant of approval as a permanent employee are also pending with the authority, the same shall be decided within six (06) weeks.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
