The applicant had earlier approached this Court. He had fled regular bail application no.124t of 2016 for suspension of the sentence and release on bail. That application was rejected. On 13.6.2018 liberty was granted to the applicant to mention the matter for early hearing. Instead of making such request, another bail application is preferred pending the appeal. Considering the earlier order passed on 13.6.2018 in Criminal Application no.124t of 2016, we are not inclined to entertain this application. The applicant has not mentioned the matter for early hearing. He is at liberty to make an application with such prayer or mention the appeal for early hearing. With this observation, aaa/-
