The applicant is alleged to have robbed the informant of his gold chain of 12.800 gms.

Learned counsel for the applicant states that the applicant had lodged N.C.R. against the informant sometime before the present crime came to be registered and therefore, he has been falsely implicated. 4.

Learned A.P.P. submits that the stolen gold chain is yet to be recovered. He placed on record a receipt indicating purchase of 12.88 gms. gold chain. According to him, he wore the same at the relevant time. 1 / 2
