This application was heard on 7th April, 2016 and the learned counsel for the applicants sought time for taking instructions for withdrawal of the present application.

Learned counsel for the applicants, on instructions of the applicants, submits that the applicants wish to withdraw the present application. However, liberty to file similar application on same grounds in case the trial is not concluded within a period of six months, may be granted.

Accordingly, the present application is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed for and disposed of as such.
