Mr. Shinde, the learned counsel appearing for the applicant made a statement that during pendency of the present revision application, on 16.03.2024, the learned Judge, Family Court, Latur, has passed the decree under Section 13B, 14 and 23(1)(bb) of the Hindu Marriage Act and the marriage between the Revision Applicant and the Respondent is dissolved with consent of both the sides. The said copy of judgment is taken on record and marked as "X" for identification.
