The petitioner is praying for issuance of directions to the respondent No.2 Committee to accept the proposal for verification of his caste certificate and to decide the same expeditiously.

If the petitioner tenders the proposal in prescribed format within a period of four weeks from today, the Committee shall accept it and proceed to take decision on the same on its
