PER COURT :- 1.

When the matter was listed on 16/12/2025, the learned Counsel appearing for the parties brought to the notice of this Court that the parties had arrived at a settlement. Accordingly, this Court directed the parties to remain present before the Registrar.

Pursuant to the said order, the parties appeared before the Registrar. The Registrar verified the identity of the parties, the terms of the compromise, and also satisfied himself as to the genuineness of the settlement. The parties stated before the Registrar that the compromise was entered into voluntarily, without any fraud, coercion, or undue influence. 3.

Considering the above, the Second Appeal stands disposed of in terms of the compromise. The compromise is taken on record and marked as "Exhibit - X1."
