This Court has gone through the contentions made in the petition. Police protection was claimed. The petitioner is a Police Head Constable and he had some grievance against superior officer. Learned Counsel Shri Jadhav, on instructions, submits that the petitioner has resumed the duty. In view of this circumstance, this Court is disposing of the matter as in-fructuous. Hence, the matter is disposed of as in-fructuous.
