The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as Shikshan Sevak is pending with Education Officer since January 2018, the same is not yet decided.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondents and submits that the Education Officer would decide the proposal of the petitioner on its own merits.

In case, the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as Shikshan Sevak (Page No.23) is pending with respondent no.2, then respondent no.2 shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy,

(2) 943-wp-361-2021 expeditiously and preferably within a period of four months.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
