Mr. Tekale, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that, the suit filed by the present petitioner has been decreed upto the High Court. The execution has been filed. The objections were raised by the judgment debtor and other persons. The said objections were heard in January 2015, however, no orders are passed on it.

The matter is subjudice before the Civil Court. The Civil Court would pass appropriate orders on the objections. We hope and trust that the Civil Court will decide the objections in accordance with law expeditiously. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
