DATED : 14TH SEPTEMBER, 2015 ORDER :- Heard learned counsel for the rival parties. Perused the prayers and other papers in the Petition. The petitioner had filed complaint with the superior officers of Public Works Department in the matter of misappropriation of the Government money. Admittedly, he has not lodged F.I.R. and has filed present Writ Petition for directions to the respondents to lodge F.I.R. 2] In view of the above facts, we make following order :
