This appeal is placed before us in today's Lok-Adalat. The learned counsel for the appellant - Insurance Company is present. The learned counsel for the respondent Nos. 1 to 5 is also present. The learned counsel for the appellant submits that the appellant wants to withdraw the appeal.

In pursuance of the statement of withdrawal of the appeal, the learned counsel for the appellant placed on record the pursis. It is marked as 'X' for identifcation. In the present matter, pursis taken on record.

The appellant has accepted the award passed by the learned concerned M.A.C.T., in Motor Accident Claim Petition. 932-fa-2034-08.odt

In view of the withdrawal pursis, the appeal stands disposed of, as withdrawn.
