Read the communication. This is a letter for extension of time for six months received for the frst time from the Additional Sessions Judge, Aurangabad. It appears that the prosecution has recorded the evidence of three witnesses in the trial. Thereafter the progress of the case is little bit slow due to pandemic situation.

In view of the same, further extension of six months is hereby granted.
