The petitioners except petitioner Nos.5&6 and representatives of respondent - Management are present before the Court. They are identified by their respective advocates. The parties have settled the dispute.

Certain amounts are offered and accepted by the petitioners. They filed joint Pursis to that effect. The petition does not survive now.

The petition stands disposed of in terms of settlement which are

wp3206.01 duly signed by the parties except petitioner Nos. 5 & 6. Learned Counsel for the petitioners, however, assured the Court that the petitioner Nos.5&6 have accepted the terms of settlement.

The joint pursis and terms of settlement are taken on record and marked "A-1" for identification.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. Rule made absolute in terms of settlement. No costs.
