A) ORDER IN CIVIL APPLICATION NO.11316 OF 2024 : 1.
Heard rival submissions.

The application is for withdrawing the bank guarantee of Rs.15 lakh by the present applicant i.e. original respondent No.1. The learned counsel for rival parties submitted that the impugned decree has already been satisfied. The learned counsel for respondent Nos.1 to 3 submits that he would not have any objection if the application is allowed. In view of the same, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause-B and disposed of.

Heard rival submissions.

The applicants are praying for withdrawal of total amount of Rs.10 lakhs as per prayers-A, B and C, which they had deposited as per the order of this court dated 08/03/2024 in CA NO.9305 of 2021. Now it appears that the impugned decree has been satisfied. The learned counsel for respondent No.1 i.e. original plaintiff is also not having any objection for such withdrawal. In view of the same, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses-A, B, C & D and disposed of accordingly.
C) ORDER IN CIVIL REVISION APPLICATION NO.601 OF 2003 :
In view of the puris dated 18/10/2024 mentioning that the applicants do not want to proceed with the civil revision application as the decree under dispute has already been satisfied, the CRA No.601 of 2003 stands withdrawn and disposed of. ( SANDIPKUMAR C. MORE, J. ) VS Maind/-
