The respective applicants in all these applications are seeking withdrawal of amounts of compensation alongwith the accrued interest thereon till date. The appeals are already disposed of on 31/10/2018 on merits by enhancing the amount of compensation as mentioned in the common judgment.

The learned AGP submits that the State - acquiring body is not intending to challenge the aforesaid judgment and pointed out that the enhanced compensation amounts are already deposited. 3.

In view of the same, the applicants are permitted to withdraw their respective amounts of compensation as deposited by the State- acquiring body in this court alongwith accrued interest thereon till date. Civil applications are disposed of accordingly. ( SANDIPKUMAR C. MORE, J. ) VS Maind/-
