We have heard learned Advocate for petitioners and the learned AGP for the State.

The issue is no longer res-integra in view of the judgment dated 30.04.2019 passed in Writ Petition No. 8387 of 2013 and connected writ petitions at principal seat at Bombay. The Full Bench has held that the persons even though appointed prior to 01.11.2005 but the post on which the petitioners worked is brought on 100% grant after 01.11.2015 are to be governed by the D.C.P. Scheme.

In light of the above, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
