On instructions, the learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the Petition with liberty to approach before the Appellate Court under Section 29 of the Prevention of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005. Accordingly, the Criminal Writ Petition No.550 of 2024 is disposed off as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
