PER COURT :- 1) Heard. The applicants/original claimants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount deposit by the appellant before the Reference Court on submitting an undertaking to the effect that if any adverse order is passed against them and the amount of compensation is reduced, they will deposit the amount of compensation so withdrawn by them within next two months thereafter. The balance 50% amount is also permitted to be withdrawn by the applicants/original claimants on their furnishing bank guarantee of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Reference Court.

2) The Civil Application stands disposed of.
