We have heard the learned advocate for the petitioner. The learned counsel submits that the grievance of the petitioner is that award has been passed. The petitioner is paid compensation for the land acquired, but no compensation has been computed and paid for the house property situated on that land.

In that case the petitioner has remedy U/Sec. 3-G(5) of the National Highways Act before the Arbitrator.

The petitioner has also given an application to the competent authority. One of the prayer of the petitioner appears to be to direct the respondent No. 2 to decide his representation.

As the petitioner has statutory remedy available, we are not inclined to entertain the writ petition.

The petitioner may prosecute his representation with the respondent No. 2 as may be permissible under the law. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
