We have considered the submissions of the learned Advocate for the petitioner.

The learned AGP submits that the petitioner has a statutory efficacious remedy under section 247 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code before the Sub-Divisional Officer.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that he would approach the Sub-Divisional Officer under section 247 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code within three weeks.

As such, this petition is disposed off with the liberty to avail of the statutory remedy. The time spent by the petitioner in this Court from 24th

( 2 ) wp5203.22 March, 2022 till the passing of this order would be a good ground for condonation of delay.
