Heard the learned counsel for respective parties. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the impugned order is passed by the Tahsildar against the petitioners and the same is maintained by the Sub Divisional Officer. The learned counsel submits that while executing the order of Tahsildar, the authorities have travelled beyond the order, granting road and is opening the portion of road which is not granted by the Tahsildar by it's order dated 30.11.2021. 3.

The authorities are directed to strictly confirm to the order of Tahsildar dated 30.11.2021 and not to open up any road beyond what is granted by the Tahsildar.

In view of the observations made above, the writ petition stands disposed of.
