The applicant is seeking restoration of the main Criminal Application which was dismissed on the ground that the amendment was not carried out and a copy of the charge-sheet was not annexed though a leave was granted. 3.

For the reasons mentioned in the application and subject to the condition that the amendment would be carried out within one week and even a charge-sheet would be filed by that time, the application is allowed and main application is restored.
